Dr. Parameswaran has been practicing as a Physician and diabetologist for over 18 years as a devoted professional in Coimbatore. Dr. Parameswaran is the founder and Managing Director of SHRE ISWARYA MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITALS located at Chinna-Thadagam and R. S. Puram, Coimbatore.

Dr. Parameswaran was born and raised in Coimbatore, where he developed his interests in serving people. He completed his M. D Physician in the Russian State Medical university, Moscow. He also completed his Diploma in Diabetes at Annamalai university, Chithambaram, India.

Dr.Parameswaran gained experience by working under Dr. M.B.Pranesh, Senior Neurologist and Legend of Coimbatore for 3 years in K.G.Hospital. Then he started his own practice at SRI ISWARYA HOSPITAL, Chinna-Thadagam.

Dr. Parameswaran is also the president of Coimbatore Cosmos Lions Clubs International and Managing Committee member of Indian Medical Association, Coimbatore branch. He was honored as the Head of the doctor’s wing of southern Coimbatore by AIADMK Party.

Dr. Parameswaran is always ambitious to create awareness about diabetes among common people for which he has conducted more than 100 diabetic awareness camps, Seminars and free diabetic screening in many villages and tribal areas. Dr.Parameswaran has undergone 7500 blood transfusions for severe anemic people for which he was awarded by Mayor Venkatachalam of Coimbatore Corporation in 2008. He was very interested in blood donations and transfusions so he conducted many blood donation camps with NCC units, NSS team, Police departments, colleges and private organizations.

He has also attended International conferences conducted by American Diabetes Association at Chicago in 2013 and a conference at Boston in the year 2015.

Dr. Parameswaran has also been awarded as “Doctor of Excellence” by Dr. G. Bakthavathsalam, K.G Hospital, Coimbatore. “Sirantha Maruthuva Sevai” by Dr. Nalla. G. Palaniswamy, KMCH, Coimbatore.“Manithaneya Viruthu” by Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kalagam.
